1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM EST

2. Shipping Costs

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $100

  • Orders under $100: Rate is applied at checkout.

  • Expedited and Overnight Shipping Where available, charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped

4. International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Return Policy

At Wigalert, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt on items that are:

  • Unworn

  • Unaltered

  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or worn wigs/hair extensions

  • Custom orders

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team at info@wigalert.ca

  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  3. Include the RMA number on your return package for faster processing

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery

5. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original product using the steps above

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item
